Best T.V. show out there. Can be a little corny at times but it is not your usual dry, boring, no personality investigative show. I would advise everyone to invest some time in watching this show.
NCIS right out of interigation.
Tony - That's okay boss you will break her in round 2.
Gibbs - There won't be a round 2.
Tony - But boss you didn't break her!
Gibbs - Yeah I know Dinozzo, I was there.

A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.
Reference to the song "Hey You" by Pink Floyd. The line "and the worms ate into his brain" makes no sense in an otherwise linear and literal narration throughout the lyrics.

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service, some of the best federal agents out there. People often assume that everything NCIS is related to the show-it's a good show, folks-but the actual agency does exist. They solve crimes and handle criminal matters related to the United States Navy and Marine Corps. They employ special agents, lawyers, forensic scientists and computer technicians, to name a few of the people that work for the NCIS.
Maddie: I just graduated from FLETC and I am now on my way to becoming an NCIS agent.
Dave: Oh, like in the TV show?
Maddie: No, as in a federal agent who solves crimes concerning the United States Navy and Marine Corps.

A non conforming individual. One who mocks cheerleaders and refuses to conform to cultural norms just for the sake of making others feel better. They thrive on challenging the status quo and find other NCI to support them in their endeavor to do so, which would make them hypocrites if it weren't for the fact that they refuse to conform to one style of fashion, which makes it all ok.
"That morning Shellie knew she had found a kindred NCI when Katie walked into the classroom wearing boxer shorts over her blue long johns."
