A person that hails from Munhall Pennsylvania or the surrounding communities in Pittsburgh’s “Rust Valley”. A towny group of folks that aren’t very friendly and for some reason think they live somewhere special when it’s actually quite the contrary.
Don’t bother going into Dukes Bar is your not a Munhallian everybody will stare at you and treat you like an outsider.
