A crazy loud african man. A "Mugisha" usually takes offense to many things but really isn't offended. Calls people things like "dickmouth" then expects them to let him use their computer. If you are considered a "Mugisha" people generally like you but usually want you to stfu and punch yourself in the face. Dickmouth.
