Muffley

A person who has a mop-top style hair, is short (In many ways) and constantly hangs around one person. They must also be abnormally attracted to their younger brother. Also known as Muff Cop.

You: "The Muff dropped his stuff!"
Him: "Don't fffucking thay that or i'll smath you!"
