A Mr. Sticky is one who stands in the middle of a circle jerk willingly acting as the target to get splooged on. He doesn't necessarily have to be in the middle of a circle, can be simply the target of a wanking party.
Hey, who made Martin the official all-time Mr. Sticky? Someone else gets to be in the middle dammit.
