"Mr. Hyde'n It" is a statement that is usually referred to when drinking. Due to the disgusting taste of most alcohol when one ingests it they make grotesque faces and abrupt body movements such as shaking or collapsing. Much like when Dr. Jekyll is turning into Mr. Hyde.
