One who motherficates or practices motherfication. A person who is over bearing or protective who micro manages to the point of annoyance to all around them but with good intentions. Unlike a motherfucker who has no good intentions.
Roy has been trying real hard to get this deal to work. He has called everyone at least 5 times today and I am right in the middle of negotiating the settlement. Roy is a real motherficator !
