Is when the entirety of a mans genitalia gets pushed to one side of the crotch of his pants and he sits with his legs open unknowingly displaying it to the whole world. Generally mormon cameltoe causes great distress in its victims.
Jimmy didn't know where he was supposed to go to register for college because when his high school counselor told him he couldn't hear him over his mormon cameltoe.
