A slang term for paranoid prostitutes who make false complaints to the police for attention or to make them feel special or important. This is often also done out of spite or for retaliation purposes. Police officers usually know that they are baseless reports and even share that information with the person who they reported.
Our community relations officer told me about that Moreau that tried to get me into legal trouble after I was traveling in the same direction as she was. Evidently, she thought she was being stalked.
