A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

Het woord neemt de laatste jaren flink in populariteit toe, dit voornamelijk vanwege zijn grote functionaliteit.
Waar andere krachttermen, zoals facking of tering, problemen ondervinden kom je met "Moker" vaak goed weg.
Over het algemeen wordt "Moker" niet gezien als scheldwoord. Terwijl het net zo lekker in de mond ligt.
