A Moghultard is one that's far off the spectrum and shows retardism in everything they do. Such as breathing, existing near other sain people or providing a minor inconvenience to ones friends. Once one is a Moghultard they are one for life, even with todays modern medicine one can't be cured from Moghultardism.
