1. Episodes written by Steven Moffat that aren't very good for various reasons (sexism, gaping plot holes, story discontinuity, etc).
2. A tag used on Tumblr and other social media sites when complaining about TV episodes Moffat has written which have included a lot of sexism, loopholes, or otherwise poor writing, and has disappointed fans.
Phrase comes from the idea that we don't want to watch episodes where Moffat just wanks himself (as in writes whatever he wants, regardless of the fans, character development, overall story, or preset rules of the story universe like in Doctor Who).
Additional information: Moffat is a Scottish writer who has written for Press Gang, Stay Lucky, Joking Apart, Murder Most Horrid, Chalk, Coupling, Jekyll, The Adventures of TinTin, and, most famously, Doctor Who, and the BBC's Sherlock.

Depending on the gender of the person, the results vary. For most men, this word usually means strong, or muscular. They tend to have nice hair and teeth and have a great sense of humor. For the females, they tend to be very slutty, or having lots of sex appeal. Most men want to get with Tyra Moffatt's because they have slammin' bodies and are very trustworthy.
Dude, he's so damn Tyra Moffatt. I'd do him. I'd do him good.
Oh boy. That girl over there was so Tyra Moffat. DAYUM SHE FINE.

The practice, exercised almost exclusively by well-known, white, straight, cis men, of taking a creation (their own, a collaborative work, or another's) and attempting to improve upon it in a way that diminishes the quality of the work.
Named after Steven Moffat, who took over as the main writer of Doctor Who after Russel T. Davies left. Moffat's attempts to make each season he worked on more special and complex than the last ended up making the most recent season (season 10) into an overcomplicated, confusing mess, with plot threads left hanging and an unsatisfying conclusion.
