Widely used Korean terminology when describing the unblending effect of basic cosmetic products due to over saturation or over application onto skin. This results in lack of absorption, causing additional layers of skincare products to be runny.
Every time I use a toner, layered with a serum, then an oil, the millim effect does not allow my skin to evenly apply my foundation without looking runny and over saturated.
Using too much basic skincare can give your face the millim effect, which makes your face overly dewy.
