An adjective (describing word) for hard core milk drinkers. Reserved for those renound for their profound love of milk. Not to be used casually, or in sarcastic direction to the lactose intolerant. Unless the person with that disorder continues to digest milk and milk bi-products. There is no definition yet of this higher level of milktasy.
After vomiting blood from drinking a full gallon of cold milk, this man can be known as nothing else but milkcore.
