Rhyming slang used when you have passed a high quality excreation. Rhyming with the word "shite". Not used for the general expression of "shite". The "shite" produced must be of a quality to require discussion with others. If you find the car in Kinght Rider cooler than Michael Knight you can use the word Kitt instead.

Pulling a Michael Knight: Grabbing someone by their shirt collar and prop them up against a wall when you are angry with them. Typically followed by some verbal threat of some type. Often used as a tactic by Michael Knight in the award wining 1980's Knight Rider Television series.
Joe was refusing to give me my CDs back so I had to "Pull a Michael Knight" on him to get them back!
