Seen when someone is completely restless beyond the help of any person, or depressant drug. Common effects are a person talking faster than words come out of their mouth, fast leg shaking, finger twitching, and looking around, all at very fast speeds. This usually happens when a person takes more than one amphetamine dose, especially when they don't have adhd.
