One scotch, one bourbon and one beer. A drink combination based on a blues song originally written in the 1950's but made popular by John Lee Hooker in the 1960's and George Thorogood in the 1970's. George Thorogoods version added in elements of another song by John Lee Hooker. Song aside, the drink is like a boilermaker with an extra American kick, hence the Melton bit.
Lost my job and can't pay my rent. Best find a bar and get a boilermaker. Or even better the Melton boilermaker version...one scotch, one bourbon, one beer.
