A meemshkie, also known as a vagenis or teeny weeny, is simply a miniscule penis commonly found on blonde teenage girls. Most likely, they grow the meemshkie after seeking revenge towards an 'ex-boyfriend'. Girls who carry a meemshkie are usually stupid, bitchy, crazy, and/or somewhat ugly.

Meemshkies can also be pre-existing conditions, which grow throughout puberty.
