A McBarnyard is a McChicken + Mcdouble. It was born in Portland, OR on the corner of 82nd and Fremont. not to be confused with a Mcgangbang which uses a spicy chicken sandwich and both sets of buns. McBarnyard is a more pure form because it merely slips the chicken patty between the thin meat patties. In short it gives you more meat between your buns.
