When you get bad diarrhea after having a McDonald's burger.

"Oh fuck me man, I just shat my insides out cause of that damn big mac."

"Sounds like a case of McDiarrhea."

The diarrhea that creeps up on you suddenly, yet violently, following the consumption of McDonald's.

I ate a Big Mac for supper and woke up to the cold sweats and a massive case of McDiarrhea.
