A young Asian/White male who ventures the land on horseback destroying small villages for pleasure while maintaining a nonchalant attitude. He disguises himself in pigeon feathers as he startles his prey with his distasteful attire. The destructive nature of this being is unknown; however, specialist believe he is virtually unstoppable. Rumor states that he lives in the Eagle Rock hills where he lives in complete solitude.
