A Markcis is someone who acts tough, but is really a manlet. Markcis's are notorious for giving handjobs to random men and often receives lap dances from muscular black men. They tend to have a "gay accent" and every word at the end of a sentence ends with "ah", for an example "what the fuckah" or "oh my godah", sort of a basic white girl voice. Easily offended, self conscious, speaks down of others... when on a ladder.
