the act of a girl making up for past boy mistakes by hooking up with a different guy. This can be done in two different ways:

1) With a trusted guy friend who will do the job and do it respectably and keep the event between just the 2 of them and nobody else

OR

2) The guy she likes now, but only while they have a thing with each other, to make up for hooking-up with a douchebag in her past (as in the last hook-up of hers)
