This behavior is likely the result of a lack of training dealing with meeting new people. The media’s aggressive attacks over these incidents and ridiculous frequency of these types of stories popping up on certain news and social media platforms suggests that these companies who over advertise these stories, which have no real significance given no real injury was caused, have a Speciesism bias.
