The name of someone who is crazy, hyper and funny. They can also be perceived as annoying, dumb and extremely blonde. Maffuccis are often called out as being racist, but it is unclear whether or not that is true. A Maffucci most closely resembles a Dial.

The name given to an itallian looking male that makes sandwhiches and gives them to homeless women in return for lighters.
(to homeless woman) "I don't have any spare change but take this lighter in to that sandwhich shop, there is a maffucci in there that will sort you out"
