The safeguarding of Earth and other worlds from biological cross-contamination (i.e. billionaires with too much time on their hands).

Being so foolish, silly and laughable that it’s amusing for others. A group of ludicrous people is the best company you’ll ever get. They always make the greatest parties, and they are not afraid to make a fool of themselves.
