A School in Parkville where most of the students are lazy, thuggy, inbreds who greet you with "Fuck it is Dummy" when they see you in the hallway. A fight happens at least once a week and the bathrooms are filled with creatures who can only survive off of juul vaper. Almost everyone skips, and no one gets punished by the school system because BCPS is a unorginized, mentally disabled, pile of shit. Most of the faculty are amazing and hardworking people, which is a shame because the students are so fucking retarded and dont listen to the material they try to teach.

The school has been driven into the ground by the Previously principal, who would do yoga in the lunch room, walk around with a singing bowl, and constantly whip and dab in the hallways all the while not doing her job. Despite attempts to improve the school, Loch Raven is too farly damaged, that even the teachers are abandoning ship.
