Derived from the Spanish word "loco" (crazy...ect).Influenced by hispanic culture in Los Angeles black gang members would refer to some of their wilder more active or actually mentally disturbed members as "loco".Due to the nature of gang banging , "loco" was associated with some of the more feared and respected members. The term and the associated behavior became very popular with Crips in particular so as use began to fade with Blood gang members it became synonymous (but not exclusive) with Crip culture. So common it became in crip vernacular it was shortened to "Loc" and used as a suffix in gang members names . example....C Loc... There have been bloods that use the label but the C was replaced with a K....example Lok.
My homeboy Ray Ray got into a fight with some bloods the other day, he shot one, now we call him Ray Loc.

Apr 30 Word of the Day
A buzz word being used to refer to creators and influencers forming or encouraging unhealthy relationships with their fans. Usually used in the context of young audiences feeling they have a relationship with the influencer due to the huge amount of the influencer’s content they consume. The influencer in question, however, is unaware of the fan’s existence other than the general knowledge of having fans. Common examples include Dream and his stans. These relationships are exacerbated by the influencers confirming they have more than a creator-to-viewer relationship.
The word is circulating due to various YouTube essays about the phenomenon using the word, and therefore people who enjoy complaining about influencers repeating what they heard in the video in any comments section they can find.

one of the last parts of the gangsta uniform that hasnt been destroyed by mainstream rappers, wiggers, or chongas, like white t's. they are worn by all gangstas. from ese's, bloods, crips, to the aryan brotherhood. they are usually black and plastic, (but the white boys have colored lenses sometimes), and the top is straight, and they're kind of square.
made popular by real gangsta rappers, like eazy e, bg knocc out, brotha lynch, and bone thugs. you would have never caught them in pink sunglasses lookin like a homo (cough cough TI).
unless you live on the west coast, or cities like phoenix, where their sold in korean stores, they're kind of hard to find. you might have to order them.
