A term used for those who constantly claim to be sick or dying of some made up disease or illness, in order to garner sympathy from others. They also use the sympathy card for these imaginary health problems so they can scam others out of money, goods, or services, such as free rides, or even fooling people into donating to their bullshit GoFundMe page for 'help with the medical bills'.
Lisa isn't dying of cancer, she's perfectly fine.. The only disease she has is Lieabetes, which can be cured with a little stint in the slammer or some court fines to teach her a lesson about scamming people
