Lampin is when you just chill. It's another way of saying "marinate".

In Tagalog (Filipino), lampin is a washable cotton type cloth, fastened with saftey pins and used as baby diapers. That's before they invented the disposable ones.

To just chill out and relax usually sittin on a nice fat blunt.
