A Lacy-Harper is a beautiful small little girl who is outgoing and willing to give things ago and if you don't have a lacy that's sad because she is such a girl to snuggle and always giggles to anything scary or funny if she smiles around you it means your a great person and that she likes you. Lacy-Harper also means a small family of like 4 and maybe 2 dogs and will always look out for you and have your back!!!!!
