A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

Living Word Christian High School in St. Louis, Missouri is not your typical high school. It’s full of juuling fiends (especially red heads) trying to hit that booty.
