2. To be brutally beaten or defeated after charging into a fight or battle. Most used in MMORPGs. This term comes from a video in which a team of World of Warcraft players had made a full battle plan for a "boss", but a member simply ran in as soon as they confirmed it. This players name was Leroy Jenkins, hence the abbreviation.
