A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.

A very annoying and short weaboo who talks about anime and manga all the time, always yelling when talking like someone offended her. Is also really in love with her anime boys aka Natsu and Bakugo. Kinda wants to be Asian or an Anime character. Really Emo and tries to fit in too much. If you have a Kulia in your life like this, call 911 and run to the nearest airport, get yourself a ticket away from her.
