She doesn’t even bother asking to speak to the manager instead she takes pictures of employees that have wronged her and posts them on the internet. Nothing is ever good enough and she has no sympathy or empathy for anyone. She expects perfection when she can’t offer it herself. When confronted, she offers a back handed apology and then tries to profit from her mistake.
