A Kokkino is an annoying person who still manages to be a total badass and very clever. Everyone likes a Kokkino, but they have no clue as to why they do. A Kokkino has a very sarcastic, pervy, and slightly dark sense of humor. He/she will tend to easily piss you off at first but then eventually you will warm up to them and love being around them.
