Now you've met a Kendrick, and you've met a Palmer, but have you ever met a Kendrick Palmer? He's a cool and badass friend that will always be there for you no matter what. He's supper de dupper childish and always finds a way to squeeze in a joke to make someone smile. He will always be there for you even when your at your lowest and even when he's at his lowest. He will never ever cease to make his friends smile even when he has his own turmoil eating him up inside. He cares about everyone but sometimes cares to much for the wrong people. He's cute not only appearance wise but personality wise. He always have a smile on his face but sometimes it's to hide his pain. He's not only a good friend but a compassionate lover. Once he wants you he'll drop anything and everything to have you and once you his he never plans on letting go. He's the type of person you need to keep in your life forever, because there's no one like him on earth. Over all around he's someone that once you have you need to keep and when he says I love you he means it forever.

Intelligence agency term for "psychological operation". A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem.
