Keene is a small city outside of Peterborough, Ontario, about 500 people or more as population it has one main street and subdivisions, there is also Indian River where you can drop off your boat and you can go swimming or fishing and we have Serpents Mounds family camp ground next to Rice Lake. There is also a general store, restaurant and a credit union and arena and even a liquour store for the people that like to drink and don't have to Peterborough you can get it here. But Keene is a nice, small country town and quiet here.
