Intelligence agency term for "psychological operation". A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem. keagen is the most heart warming fella you will ever meet! he’s such a gentleman and so incredibly smart. he may seem strong on the outside but in the inside he’s a big softy. don’t hurt a keagen because it will crush him. keagen gets along with everyone he meets. he may seem shy at first but once you get to know him he’s a really funny, chill, and sweet guy. keagen is also a very attractive guy. someone who doesn’t give up when life gives them a curveball. he will over achieve in sports but he’s a great guy.
