A supreme Giga-chad who is a side character from the series A Certain Magical Index.
He's such a chad he has the power the one-shot anyone and was able to build up a harem of 100 different girls within 3 days
Has the epic catchphrase "Do you wish for a new world"
his level of chad is so high he solo'ed all of the Magic Gods and didn't even break a sweat
Even with his powers gone he can take out giant kaiju monsters with nothing but mere hardware equipment
Sadly Kamisato was deemed to be too powerful for the plot to handle so the author had to kick him out of the story. We wait for his return
