A Kachoow (pronounced Ka-chow) is a replacement word for lighter. A lighter being a portable device used to create a flame, and to ignite a variety of combustible materials, such as cigars, gas ... the word kachoow is an onomatopoeia. the naming of a thing or action by a vocal imitation of the sound associated with it (such as buzz, hiss) or is a word that sounds like it is spelt. Giving the sound effect of the word pronunciation or/and the effect of the actual object being named. For example take a regular Bic lighter.... no not a lighter we're not using that word anymore. Period. take a regular Bic kachoow. Use it. The action of the thumb rolling the metal against the Flint creates the sound kachoow.
"Thank you for offering me a fag, do you have a Kachoow (!) so that I might Light It?" "May I use your Kachoow to get the fire started?" That is a pretty Kacoow, may I use it to light my cigarette? " "Look! You can buy packages of kachoow's at Walmart instead of paying almost $3 for just one at 7-eleven!" "I like a kachoow for small things, or starting fires , but I prefer a torch and MAPP gas when blowing glass."

Apr 27 Word of the Day
A horoscope so bad that it strikes fear into the heart of the reader, rendering them unable take action or make a decision on anything or to even leave the house. This is caused by a paralyzing fear that those actions or decisions may cause the predictions to come true.
After reading "There is a lot of uncertainty around financial transactions and investments right now, and the wrong decision could result in dire consequences" in his daily Horrorscope, Edward climbed back into bed, pulled the sheets over his head and remained there for the rest of the day.
Edward only had enough gas in his car to get to the gas station but was not sure if he had enough money in his account to pay for gas. His cell phone service had been cut off because his payments were in arrears, and since the only way he could be sure he had enough money (to pay for gas) would be to call the bank, he felt it best to hide in bed and hope his horoscope for tomorrow was more positive.
