To be "Julied" is an equivalent of facing the wrath of God. It is to have the utmost fear placed into someone who needs to be put in check, or have unequivocally overstepped their bounds. Can be utilized as a noun or verb - and definitely something you want to avoid.
EX: Why is Kyle being so nice to everyone now? Oh, he was Julied.
EX: I wish he would be Julied so he would stop stealing my lunch money.
EX: I wish he would be Julied so he would stop stealing my lunch money.
