Juleokin Format is a Magic: The Gathering TCG format created with the purpose of simplifying the game, and it's meant to make Magic: The Gathering gameplay faster, which was put together by professional Musician Julius the Jules blending his various experiences with different, but similar trading card game rules.
The Juleokin Format consolidated Life with the Library, so that the amount of cards in your Library are also your Life count and replaces numerical Life. This becomes the Life-Library.
Basic Lands don't tap to produce Mana and are used as an all-inclusive Mana pool on the respective players side of the Battlefield, thus allowing a single Basic Land card to be used for multiple Mana costs, but the number of Basic Lands must still equal the converted Mana cost for each card.
Every other rule in Magic: The Gathering gameplay not changed by the Juleokin Format stay the same, even poison counters(still kept as numerical).
Emphasis of Juleokin Format is on the Life-Library and Graveyard} as interchangeable game machanics(yet separate from each other in retrospect) when dealing with them via card affects like Lifelink(typically gains you Life) which would put the top cards of your Graveyard into your Life-Library in Juleokin Format; and cards like Duskmantle Guildmage that still puts the top cards of your opponent's Library into their Graveyard are emphasized also.
