A gratitude journal is a book for recognizing, appreciating, and recording pleasant occurrences, blessings, and moments of authentic happiness and contentment.
Zakiyya Rosebelle’s “The Happy Birthday Book” is a gratitude journal that brings fun and cheer throughout the year by encouraging you to embrace the art of positive thinking, indulge yourself in the beautiful things in life, and celebrate and love yourself.

(noun) A drunk journal is the product of "Wasted Wednesday." This device originated when a girl named Sarah and a boy named Phillip in a Midwestern town began writing thoughts, ideas, drawings and whatever they please into a private journal while under the influence of a certain amount of alcohol. The purpose of a drunk journal is to find joy and answers the following day as you attempt to read it aloud. This immediately results in laughter and memories, which otherwise would have been wasted.

Pretty much anything published in the Daily Mail. However, may also include any published article that missquotes a female, and then references her cup size and age.
I read some fucktard journalism today. Max power claim all ladies love a fugly man with a tiny penis if he's driving an expensive car. Their extensive research consisted of interviewing Chaznay, 22, 34DD from Oldham.

(boss) Have you got that photo?
(photographer) Not yet. I think we'll need to make a chequebook journalism with that insider. That's the only way to get that photo.
