When a man with an above avrage penis whips it out to assert his domance over another man or group of men.

Named after 36th president Lindon B. Johnson who would often brag about, and show off, his large penis to political opponents in order to assert his domance.

Note: confidence is arguably more important then size in pulling off the Johnson Manuever. A man can assert his domance over another man with a larger penis. So long as the first man has the confidence to back it up. However, if both men have equal confidence then the maneuver quickly devols in to physical violence or a litteral dick measuring contest.

When someone driving near you is horrible and shouldn't be behind the wheel, normally a fat old lady of a certain decent and you have to do some sort of James Bond esk maneuever and cut the person off like a dick move a.k.a. "Johnson" and nearly incapacitate you and your passengers in the vehicle.
You can even go a step forward and get the person at a red light get out of the car and slap your junk on the person's windshield thus completing the Johnson Maneuver.
