A name that has originated on the YouTube channel Just Sharon, a Joey is a male that just doesn’t treat women well. Or probably doesn’t treat anyone well. A Joey would cheat on his girlfriend, (or boyfriend ;)), lie to his significant other, straight up insult them, etc.
