When going from one outside lane to the other, on the highway, in one fluid motion. It can go from left to right or right to left; most commonly used when trying to exit abruptly.
Passenger: Dude, take the next exit!
Driver: But I am all the way in the left lane.

A Jamaican Chimney Sweep is when you take a girl up the pooter, pull out, and make her do a handstand (you can also prop her up against a wall or table). Then, put a sock over your hand and vigorously fist her in the anus.
