Jakehole is a level above asshole. A jakehole is a person who's asshole like tendencies are amplified ten fold. A jakehole takes typical assholes behaviors and sprinkles in a bit extra ego, selfishness and stubborn inability to consider another's opinion and proceeds to not only give those around them a bad day but themselves as well without ever realizing not being able to see their role in these bad days. A jakehole tends to emotionally manipulate others so that they may feel better about themselves and in so doing they recklessly destroy those poor souls who made the mistake of truly caring for the jakehole. Also very similar to Narcissistic personality disorder but not quite as sever.
