Located in Gary, Indiana, a.k.a G.I. a.k.a. Gangsta Island. Ivanhoe Projects one of the toughest housing projects in the world, if not these toughest. It was supposedly "closed off" in 1965, but in the 90s folks were still living there & being victims of daily crimes (worst decade of Gary, IN).
