Someone that is being fake/mean/bogus and overall a terrible thing to do. An Irene move is the worst type of way for someone to identify you. There is nothing worse than that.

Is not defined by a synchronization of clocks within a geographical area or region, but is represented by one single person who's community has accepted that her time runs differently from everyone else. IST is represented not by time, but by phrases, where depending on what she says in her announcements, the community can determine when she will stream and plan accordingly. Usually no one plans accordingly and we just tease her about it.
There exists 4 distinct times that IST (Irene Standard Time) exists in:
"Irene is asleep"
"Irene is awake"
"Irene says she'll stream but goes to sleep"
And finally
"Irene says she'll stream in an hour but it's actually 6 hours"
